Roshan also leads the research division on Metaverse and NFT integrations for some of his real estate clients, further crediting his capabilities when it comes to P2E models in DeFi.
Nadia is a highly efficient and skilled business operations and engineering leader, with a strong drive for business efficiency, making use of cross-functional teams to streamline processes, and implement shift left initiatives. With her experience in large tech companies, she leads Daylight's daily operations, capitalizing on agile workflows for devops.
Ted is a serial entrepreneur, and private equity blockchain investor with an expertise in leveraging small teams to deliver outstanding results. With deep DeFi understanding, and experience in management consulting as well as private equity in blockchain, Ted brings Daylight to life with innovative token mechanisms and financially sustainable token economic models. Ted has led multiple DeFi projects in founding and C-level roles, as well as private equity and management consulting experience for larger blockchain firms such as The Sandbox, REVV Racing, Verso Finance, YIELD, XYO & more.
Anthony is a serial blockchain innovator, forking multiple innovative protocols and specializes in raising capital as well as driving strategy and powerful partnerships for his businesses. Anthony brings to Daylight what lacks most in the DeFi space, which is synergy and strong partnership use cases, while also driving interconnection between networks in order to capitalize on opportunities that enable the protocol to self sustain itself and grow exponentially in value.
Mark is hands down one of the most talented developers in DeFi. With unmatched business acumen, tokenization models, and the deepest understanding of blockchain and mathematical logic, he brings to the team his wealth of experience and knowledge in an advisory and mentorship capacity. Mark is the CEO of Dappd, a blockchain development company, and the brain behind xSURGE, producing the world's first ever appreciating stablecoin. Mark has built and worked on over 100+ projects in DeFi, with some notable ones including Kawa, MDB, Aalto, Grape, Pump, Revival & Betswirl.
Having a keen eye for design since an early age, Kevin decided to combine his love for graphic design with the crypto world. With over 3 years of experience in DeFi, and building UI/UX for dApps, Kevin is one of the most agile user interface leads in the space. Combining experience from Vinter DeFi, Delta Finance, Eris and more, he specializes in smooth user experiences and easy user onboarding to further converge the traditional and decentralized world by driving adoption through seamless user experiences on the blockchain.
Rico is a specialized community manager that handles the German community as well as develops a well-thought out structure and community experience for Project Daylight. With past experiences driving marketing and community efforts within 100M TVL protocols such as Milo Inu, he brings with himself a plethora of networking opportunities and a loyal base of well polished DeFi investor networks to the protocol.
