Seed Sale – $DAYL Token

The Daylight Protocol Token Seed Sale will be conducted via a hard cap, giving each investor a maximum allocation of $5,000 in $BUSD per wallet, and a minimum allocation of $100 in $BUSD per wallet.

Participants

Only whitelisted participants may purchase the seed round for the Daylight Token, and can obtain eligibility by performing various tasks in our Discord & Telegram community as well as joining our partnership AMAs to receive one.

Seed-Sale Details

There is only one seed round and a second round will be evaluated based on first round sentiment. The Daylight token will launch at a price of $1 per $DAYL token.

The hard cap for the seed sale will be set to $180,000, with no limitation on participant count, ensuring fairness and allocation for everyone. The soft cap for the pre-sale will be set at $90,000 as a benchmark to continue development for a long term product and ecosystem.

The seed sale is a tax free purchase and a one-time event for fee-free purchase of the Daylight token.

Pre-Sale & Launch

The pre-sale is the second $DAYL token sale prior to our IDO on ORION DEX. We are conducting two sales because we want the price discovery phase for the public sale to take place intrinsically within the general public. The pre-sale will be open to anyone, but only on our dApp, indicating that our community will be the primary key element in our project's prospective price appreciation during the public sale.

The price for the pre-sale will be 0.8 $BUSD per $DAYL token. The penultimate hardcap for the pre-sale will be set at $1,800,000 USD.

The pre-sale will employ a maximum provision of 30,000 $BUSD per wallet, and a minimum of 300 $BUSD per wallet.

We'll start the public sale at a higher price than the pre-sale price. Because of the number of tokens we intend to sell, we'd need to sell 10% of our public sale offering to justify the pre-sale pricing and, essentially, shift the price. The price of the $DAYL token will be set at 0.8 $BUSD for the public pre-sale, and will launch at 1 $BUSD.

Initial DEX Offering on Project ORION - The NATIVE Daylight DEX

The Initial DEX Offering (IDO) will make $DAYL available for purchase at its current market price ($1 at launch), on our native DEX, Orion.
